Due to the nature of our business, No REFUNDS are offered on hair extensions. Exchanges ONLY. This is due to the hygienic and sanitary nature of the products. Once hair extensions have been opened, they cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.

Exchanges may be honored at the discretion of the Hair by Hotsauce Management Team within 5 Business days of the order's delivery date.

All returns/exchanges must be postmarked within 5 days of the order delivery date. All returned items must be in resale-able, new and unused condition, with all original tags, zip-ties, packages, and labels attached. All sales are final once items are installed, worn, colored, used, or rubber bands and zip ties removed, etc. & it's non-refundable.

If a Return/Exchange is initiated after the 5 Day Return Period, the Return will be processed as Store Credit ONLY.

NO RETURNS/EXCHANGES WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 7 DAYS (From Delivery Date).  

RETURN PROCESS

To return/exchange an item, please email customer service at info@hairbyhotsauce.com to obtain confirmation. After receiving a confirmation, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your order #, name on order, reason for return, & mail your return to the following address:

Please note, Customer will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

Exchanges 

  • Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of purchase.
  • HBHS hair extensions must be in the original packaging and unopened.
  • Shipping costs are not refundable.
  • Hair extensions that have been used or altered cannot be exchanged.
  • If there is an issue with the texture, we are willing to exchange for the same or a different product. However, in case of a price difference, balance must be paid prior to us shipping out the new product.

 

RESERVED RIGHTS REGARDING RETURNS

Hair by Hotsauce reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

-Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

-An irregular or excessive returns history: regarding damage, missing items, etc.,

-Similarly, Hair by Hotsauce reserves the right to refuse service (both in-store and online) to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.

 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER BEFORE IT SHIPS?

Customers can cancel their orders within 24 hours of placing them for a refund. After 24 hours, cancellations are not accepted.

If you provide a P.O. Box address your order will be canceled and a 5% cancellation fee will be applied.

CAN I CHANGE MY ADDRESS BEFORE IT SHIPS?

NO. ADDRESSES CANNOT BE CHANGED.

Please be aware that for security reasons, Hair by Hotsauce does not allow customers to change their address after an order is placed.

We do not ship to P.O. BOXES!

Please make sure you update your shipping address before you place a new order. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but again, it is for your protection.

Standard Shipping [5 to 15 business days] - Signature confirmation is NOT included but all PAID shipping costs INCLUDE package insurance via Shopify covering the full price of the order. If you choose to use the FREE SHIPPING option, this option will NOT include Package Insurance. 

All Insured packages are insured through Shipsurance via Shopify. Please contact us immediately to submit a claim due to shipment negligence and failure to meet your expectation. Hair by Hotsauce IS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR PROCESSING AND FULFILLMENT OF YOUR ORDER.  You must contact us via email at info@hairbyhotsauce.com to file your claim within 5 days of your delivery date. All claims can take 7-10 business days to process but we do try our best to accommodate them immediately to ensure a faster processing time.

You can also do a Pick-Up order within 5-7  business days. This may be sooner depending on inventory.

Hair by Hotsauce is not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, weather delays, or any courier delays. Orders are not processed on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.  

Standard Shipping: Please allow up to 4 business days to process your order BEFORE shipping. When a customer places an order, they will be provided by UPS with an estimated date of delivery, based on the availability of the selected items and the shipping address. THIS IS AN ESTIMATE

Hair by Hotsauce, is not responsible for any damaged, lost or stolen packages. HBHS is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered. No refunds will be issued for orders confirmed to have been delivered to the address provided in the order.

For some orders, we will require identification to provide that the order was in fact made by the card/account owner. We will reach out for you to send in your government issued ID to fulfill your order. If your information is not verified within 48 hours we will refund you minus 3% cancellation fee.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes: If your order is submitted with a P.O. Box in the Shipping section, your order will automatically be canceled and refunded.

We are not responsible for deliveries to the wrong address. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure she or he enters their billing & shipping addresses correctly. We cannot guarantee address changes due to strict shipping security guidelines. Please be advised that any incorrect billing and/or shipping information opted by the customer will cause delays. PLEASE PROVIDE A VALID EMAIL ADDRESS AND PHONE NUMBER FOR ALL ORDERS PLACED. Please double-check the address you are entering, as we will NOT be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the customer has entered.

If your order is already processing or has already shipped, we cannot change the address on the order. During this time, the only thing we can do is wait to see if the package is returned. If the package is returned, we will contact the customer and reship the order. The customer is responsible for all reshipping costs & handling fees.
