Due to the nature of our business, No REFUNDS are offered on hair extensions. Exchanges ONLY. This is due to the hygienic and sanitary nature of the products. Once hair extensions have been opened, they cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.
Exchanges may be honored at the discretion of the Silk + Soul Beauty Management Team within 5 Business days of the order's delivery date.
All returns/exchanges must be postmarked within 5 days of the order delivery date. All returned items must be in resale-able, new and unused condition, with all original tags, zip-ties, packages, and labels attached. All sales are final once items are installed, worn, colored, used, or rubber bands and zip ties removed, etc. & it's non-refundable.
If a Return/Exchange is initiated after the 5 Day Return Period, the Return will be processed as Store Credit ONLY.
NO RETURNS/EXCHANGES WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 7 DAYS (From Delivery Date).
RETURN PROCESS
To return/exchange an item, please email customer service at info@hairbyhotsauce.com to obtain confirmation. After receiving a confirmation, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your order #, name on order, reason for return, & mail your return to the following address:

Exchanges
RESERVED RIGHTS REGARDING RETURNS
Silk + Soul Beauty reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:
-Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
-An irregular or excessive returns history: regarding damage, missing items, etc.,
-Similarly, Silk + Soul Beauty reserves the right to refuse service (both in-store and online) to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER BEFORE IT SHIPS?
Customers can cancel their orders within 24 hours of placing them for a refund. After 24 hours, cancellations are not accepted.
If you provide a P.O. Box address your order will be canceled and a 5% cancellation fee will be applied.
CAN I CHANGE MY ADDRESS BEFORE IT SHIPS?
NO. ADDRESSES CANNOT BE CHANGED.
Please be aware that for security reasons, Silk + Soul Beauty does not allow customers to change their address after an order is placed.
We do not ship to P.O. BOXES!
